Your Holiday Gift Card can be used as full or part payment towards travel products offered by Adore Holidays Limited, a member of the Hays Independence Group. We sell travel services on behalf of Hays Travel Limited (ABTA Member No. P7608).

Using Your Gift Card

  • Your Holiday Gift Card can be redeemed against a wide range of ATOL-protected package holidays offered byAdore Holidays Limited, including leading brands such as Jet2 Holidays, TUI, Sandals, and Crystal Ski. We have over 300 that you can choose from.
  • The card cannot be used for existing bookings, or bookings made directly with other tour operators or travel agents.
  • The card cannot be used for flight-only or hotel-only bookings.
  • It cannot be exchanged for cash, travel money, currency, travellers’ cheques, prepaid cards, or other vouchers.
  • The card must be used for holidays departing from the UK or Northern Ireland.

Validity & Payments

  • The expiry date is printed on your voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £10,000.
  • Payments over £3,000 must be made by bank transfer.
  • Please treat your voucher like cash—we cannot replace it if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable.

  • As an ABTA member, your booking benefits from ABTA’s financial protection, guidance, and Code of Conduct.
  • If Adore Holidays Limited were to become insolvent, any unredeemed voucher amounts are protected within the Hays Travel Group.
